From Clark County Conservative

To All My Liberal Friends:

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of all others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all.

I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make America great. Not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country nor the only America in the Western Hemisphere. Also, this wish is made without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wish.

To All My Conservative Friends:

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

  1. Meryy Christmas Lew and Happy New Year too! You are a scream and that is meant in the funnest sense possible.
Everybody else Merry Christmas to you all as well!

  2. Feliz Navidad, Amigo.

  3. Hey Lew, Merry Christmas to you to. Maybe in the new year you might find your voice and tell us how you really feel about things. John SBHS “66”

  4. …and a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you.

…and Illigitimus non carborundum as translated don’t let the bastards grind you down….

  5. And to all a great rest of 2012! Happy Holidays everyone… :)

  6. Nice video selection, Lew…

I wish everyone had a nice Christmas as I share this little reminder…to hold in your thoughts and prayers for the families of the Clackamas Town Center victims as well as the families of the Newtown Connecticut victims…that they find comfort and some peace in their lives as the new year begins.

  7. Goldie, I too hope everyone enjoyed their day as much as I did.

Those families have not left my thoughts since it happened. I can’t begin to imagine the pain and suffering they feel with this happening so close to Christmas.

It also irritates me to no end how fast some stood up on the graves and the pain and suffering of those families to score political points.

Let those people grieve and mourn their lost loved ones, first.
